How do I create an account on the Mimestream portal?
Please access our portal, click the ‘Create Account’ button, and proceed to follow the instructions provided on-screen to create your account.
How can I manage or cancel my subscription?
To manage your subscription, please go to the Billing
tab on the portal. Here, you’ll have the ability to change or cancel your subscription, update payment method, and view your invoice(s). When you subscribe, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it in advance. We’ll send you an email reminder 7 days before automatically renewing.
After canceling your subscription, you’ll retain access to the app for the remainder of the subscription period you already paid for.
How do I manage my devices?
Your devices are displayed within the Account
tab on the portal. To dissociate a device, simply click on the Unlink button.
What are your cancelation and refund policies?
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription.
For monthly subscriptions, we don’t offer refunds, but you can cancel at any time. For annual subscriptions, we offer a full refund within 30 days of billing. Please contact billing@mimestream.com with requests.
Mimestream reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate your subscription at any time and for any reason. If we terminate your subscription, we will provide a prorated refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
How does Family Sharing work?
You can share your license with your immediate family members, which we define as partners, children, and parents living in the same household. However, the 5-device limitation will still apply to your license.
To activate your license on a family member’s device, open the Activation window (from the Mimestream menu), click Activate Existing License
, type in your email address, and manually enter the activation code received.
This does not share access to your email account, but may allow the family member to access our licensing portal and manage your license’s billing settings and active devices.
How does Group Licensing work?
Mimestream’s group licensing allows you to purchase on behalf of your team or your entire company. It’s a convenient way to manage billing in one spot, conveniently reassign seats between team members, and change your volume as your needs change.
Groups have a single administrator, which is automatically configured to be the email address used to purchase the group. To know more, please check our article about Group Licensing.
